Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 20% fee. This ensures respect for my time and availability for other clients. Thank you for your understanding
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. The only exception is if the stylist cancels. Please ensure that you are ready to book before submitting your deposit.
Appointment Policy:
To ensure a smooth booking experience, clients must select the correct service and any necessary add-ons at the time of booking. This helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures that adequate time is reserved for your appointment. If you are unsure about which service to book, please reach out before scheduling.
Late Policy:
There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive after this window, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability, and a new deposit may be required. Open communication is key—if you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Habitual tardiness will not be accommodated.
